The Phoebe Education Fund for aids Orphans (PEFO) was founded to raise funds and educate orphans and vunerable children. PEFO envisions a society where these children and their care givers can attain high self-esteem and self-reliance, and facilitates that through advocacy and social-economic, phychosocial and health support.
